Started her journey as an anchor at Indian National Channel, Doordarshan & RJ at IGNOU radio. As a National Poetess, she had the honour of performing from the Pracheer of Lal Quila 'Kavi Samelan' in Delhi. She has penned and produced Feature Films, Short films, TV serials, documentaries, educational programs, jingles, promotional songs, corporate films etc. She has produced more than 400 informational and educational TV Programs and episodic series for Doordarshan. Her recent work consists of a short film ‘Mere Apne’. Her ongoing projects are feature films ‘Mera Mai’, Antatah, The Maracas and a few international co-productions with Germany, Turkey, USA and South Africa.
